Reliable Nursing Services, INC. is a family-owned medical staffing agency that has been providing professional, temporary staff relief to healthcare facilities across Texas and multiple states since 1999. Rooted in the Permian Basin, we began serving Midland and Odessa and have grown our reach to meet the needs of facilities wherever quality staffing is needed.
The agency is owned and operated by Ned Luscombe, RN BSN and his wife, Pam. Mr. Luscombe brings over 45 years of practical, hands-on nursing experience, as well as a background in marketing. He has been honored in both the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals and the National Business Advisory Council.
We are proud to hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and maintain active memberships with the American Staffing Association and the Texas Staffing Association. Our 24/7 answering service and on-call support ensures facilities have access to staffing assistance around the clock.
